With over 100 rehearsal rooms on three floors, we offer affordable hourly and monthly rates in a secure, air-conditioned building with management on premises as well as equipment storage space and gear rentals.

We also have a state of the art Showcase Room with full PA, stage, and lighting, which can be used for pre-tour, pre-recording, and pre-gig rehearsals.

Superior Street’s Showcase Room is the Midwest’s premier rehearsal space. The almost 2000 square foot space features a full PA system, stage and lighting, and acoustical treatments.

The room is available for pre-tour, pre-recording, auditions, label showcases, industry related classes, workshops, meetings, video and photo shoots, gear testing, and dress rehearsals.
