Monthly Rooms

Monthly room sizes range from smaller “drum rooms” at 250 square feet to rooms suitable for sharing at almost 1000 square feet. Leases are month to month and require only a simple deposit. Prices range from $400 to $700 per month.

Hourly Rooms

Superior Street currently features four hourly rehearsal rooms that offer the best in sound resistant, climate controlled construction. They are built with double drywall insulated walls, floated floor, suspended ceiling, separate electrical and furnace systems, and premier acoustical treatments.
