With over 100 individual rooms on three floors, Superior Street is Chicago’s largest and most comprehensive rehearsal facility. Store your gear with confidence in a safe, secure, well lit, clean, climate controlled environment. Know that when you rehearse you share the building with other like minded professionals. It’s great place to get to know other musicians, network, and get serious about your music.

Monthly room sizes range from smaller “drum rooms” at 250 square feet to rooms suitable for sharing at almost 1000 square feet. Leases are month to month and require only a simple deposit. Prices range from $400 to $700 per month.
